Paris Fashion Week : WTF Thursday Edition

So fashion week is in full swing in Paris, and in looking through the shows from the last couple of days I've encountered a lot of things that gave me pause, and forced me to wonder, "what the fuck is happening here?" These are just the things I have encountered today.  See if you can explain why any of these have occurred.

First there were these looks from Nicolas Andreas Taralis.  These clothes look like they were harvested from a crime scene, or Interview With A Vampire.  The good news is that jabots are back in style!

Don't worry fellas, he's didn't forget you.

Over at Balenciaga there was this lovely knitted life vest.  Is yuck.

Also big for Fall: Blue Unibrows.

Ann Demeulemeester had a lot of hairy stuff happening.  This looks like the model has a lot of hair growing out of her navel.  Which is a hot look for the ladies.

Even hotter than that, is full body monster suits.  Imagine getting caught in the rain in one of these.  Shudders.

And finally, I think it's pretty obvious at this point that I love cats, so this Undercover purse is a big no.
